- We currently deliver to Chennai city only.
- If your location is outside our delivery zone, we will notify you upon subscription.
- Delivery Schedule:
- Deliveries are made once a week as per your subscription plan.
- You will be notified of the delivery day and time in advance.
- In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic), we will inform you promptly.
- Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping for all subscription plans.
- No additional delivery charges apply unless specified during special offers or custom orders.
- Delivery Instructions:
- Ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
- If you are unavailable, the order will be left at the doorstep (if safe) or rescheduled, but no refund will be provided.
- Damaged or Missing Items:
- If you receive damaged or missing items, report it within 6 hours of delivery with a photo proof.
- We will offer a replacement or refund for the affected items.
- No-Contact Delivery:
- For safety reasons, we offer no-contact delivery. The delivery executive will leave the package at your doorstep and notify you.
