- Subscription & Delivery:
- By subscribing to Weeky Veggies, you agree to receive weekly vegetable deliveries as per your chosen plan.
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided during registration.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
- In case of a missed delivery due to your unavailability, no refund or replacement will be provided.
- Payments & Billing:
- Subscription payments are billed monthly in advance.
- All payments are non-refundable except as specified in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice.
- Quality & Freshness:
- We ensure that all vegetables are fresh and of high quality at the time of delivery.
- If you receive damaged or low-quality produce, report it within 6 hours of delivery with a photo proof for a refund or replacement.
- Cancellation & Modifications:
- Subscription cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery.
- Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customer Responsibilities:
- You agree to provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
- You are responsible for updating any changes in address or contact details.
- Limitation of Liability:
- Weeky Veggies is not liable for any health issues caused by improper storage or handling of vegetables after delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
- Intellectual Property:
- All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Weeky Veggies.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
